Super comfortable; runs big
These are SUPER comfortable. They have a very padded memory foam insole and the leather is very soft and supple. One thing you need to note is that because the leather is SO soft, these are more like moccasins than a structured loafer. The sides and heel will squish down - they are not firm/stiff leather. Because of this I had to size down an entire size. When I wore my normal size my feet were slipping out of them like crazy - I couldn't even keep them on. As long as you get the sizing right, these are fabulous loafers.

Production Flaw
Absolutely loved these from the moment I put them on. However, after only a few wearing the the leather trim around the front toe box cracked and fell off. I tried another pair thinking it may have been a unique flaw. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. I had to return both pair. Fortunately, Nordstrom stands behind their merchandise. I still want them, please fix them Rag and Bone!

beautiful shoe
The leather is so soft and comfortable, and the style is classic. The shoe fits true to size, except for the heel, which was so wide on me that the back slipped off with every step. I even tried inserts, but they weren't enough to make the heel stay in place.

absolutely gorgeous but SIZE DOWN
these are beautiful loafers. the leather is luxurious and they're well made, extremely comfortable with and without socks. the sole is very cushy and the heels don't give me blisters, unlike every other pair of loafers I have. the only downside is these run a whole size large, I am normally a 36 and had to size down to a 35, the 36 were huge.
