I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered the Radical Pan, but honestly, it’s become the pan I reach for almost every day. The curved side looked a little gimmicky at first, but it actually makes a huge difference — tossing veggies or fried rice feels so much easier and more controlled. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, and I’ve been really happy with how well it cleans. It has a solid weight to it without feeling heavy, and the handle stays comfortable even when the pan gets hot. One thing I didn’t realize until using it is how much space the design gives you inside the pan. You can cook a larger amount without overcrowding, which has been great for weeknight meals. Overall, it just feels good to cook with — balanced, sturdy, and surprisingly intuitive once you try it. Definitely worth the purchase, and I’m already considering grabbing a second one.
