Very functional
This bag has a laptop pocket which keeps laptops at place leaving space for other stuff, which make it more useful and spacious zipper pockets keep things organized.

Weak Straps
Had this bag less than a month, an the strap broke going into work, Nordstrom was told i couldnt get a refund an i havent pay my Nordstrom bill yet. Horrible business

Initial review - too small for a 14” laptop.
Initial review, just received product which I purchased for traveling for work and especially got for laptop size, description states the interior pouch fits most 14” laptops. I have a 14” wide laptop (yes I measured it) and the laptop pocket does NOT fit my 14” wide laptop. The only pocket a 14” laptop fits is the larger drink pocket. (See image). Maybe my pocket insert with my bag is an outlier but that would be a large tolerance in manufacture to allow for such a difference. Concerned about the thickness of the strap but will update later. Material seems decent for the price.

I really like this bag, it seemed well made and durable. However, after a year the straps have worn and the leather/material is peeling off. I use it for a laptop work travel bag.

no assistance from Nordstrom for replacement
Similar to other reviewers, two straps broke within one month of using this bag. The item was still within the return window, however, the price had gone up on Nordstrom‘s website. I called customer service to see if they would honor my original price for a replacement item. I spoke with customer service and a supervisor and both said they were unable to and would not honor the original price due to the item being sent from a third-party vendor. So be cautious when purchasing, and to know that you likely will not get any help from Nordstrom with issues on this item

Tearing straps
I bought this bag in September for school and it’s already breaking apart. The straps aren’t strong enough, but everything else is perfect about that bag.
