poor quality
I purchased the thinner version of this bracelet. The lobster clasp broke within a few months of wear. I have many bracelets I wear in a regular basis and this hasn’t happened to any of them. Also luckily for me the bracelet came off at home. Had it came off when I was out and about I would have lost it and been out of nearly $600! I would definitely look somewhere else and take my money to a higher end jewelry company with better customer service well. When I sent it in for repair they wanted to charge me to fix the clasp. Have in mind I already paid to ship the bracelet to them and they wanted me to pay to have then ship it back as well. Product and customer service: 0.
