Return problems with Nordstrom’s and the PublicRec
I had a bad experience with this order. Purchased the 33 size but the inseam was 32 and I need 34. The order was sent directly to me from PublicRec and the return instructions were to use their “Happy Returns” system to return the pants. Sent them back per instructions in the package and didn’t get credit. I called Nordstroms and they told me they could not refund me unless I return the pants. I call PublicRec who confirms the return was processed but could not help me and advised to call Nordstorms for help. It’s not my fault the order came directly from the manufacturer and I followed their return instructions in the package. This has been a very frustrating experience.
