Print Midi Caftan

It's hard to review an item you never received. I guess I'm reviewing the supplier. They recieved my order. They printed a mailing slip. Ups never received the package but my card was charged. I was never offered an explanation for the delay. Nordstrom support call center is sympathetic and helpful but has no readily exceptional reason for the lengthy delay. At this point it would be acceptable if some one were to explain an error that was made and is being rectified, or if the order was made with an unreliable supplier, apologies given and a solution come to. Needless to say, none of those things have happened. I guess point being, don't order products from subcontractors with Nordstrom. Direct from store only. Maybe not even that. I'm pretty disalusioned.
