I was excited to see this release because White Lotus always releases amazing items. I was shocked by the level of quality on the pressure points on my back (arthritis ~ although this is an amazing acupressure mat for anyone). I recommend start out slowly to adjust to these pressure points as this is amazing quality that does not mess around. I found myself moving up minutes in time and felt deeply relaxed, less stressed, energized and out of pain. It was a pleasure to find this treasure! I loved the materials used, the bag it comes it keeps it easy to care for and I sense if taken care of this will last a long time.
