I was a little iffy about purchasing this as I didn't know if it would help my sciatica and back issues. I'm really glad I made the plunge. This acupressure may is amazing! It's thick enough to be comfortable and definitely helps relieve the pressure I deal with. The covers of the mat and pillow are removable for washing which is such a bonus. It is well made. The only thing I would recommend is putting a thin cloth over the pillow and wear thin clothes.

Beginner Mat

Very low acupressure. If you’re a beginner, may be fine but did little to nothing for me.

I use it on my back, neck, arms, feet and legs

I love how this mat and pillow set is designed by qualified acupuncturists that use traditional acupuncture principles. I use it on my back, neck, arms, feet and legs for pain relief, stress reduction, and improved sleep. The reason it works so well is because the spikes stimulate pressure points on the body to help ease muscle tension, promote relaxation, and boost circulation. This set looks and feels to be well made with food-grade safety standards that are chemical-free and hypoallergenic. Package includes the mat, pillow and cute carrying case.

Easy-to-carry acupressure mat for relaxation

This mat is a whole experience that I highly recommend. It's not just a yoga mat; this mat will relax you from head to toe. I'm truly happy I bought it. When I feel stressed, I use it, and my body ends up feeling very relaxed. Its design is very practical. I've taken it on trips and to parks, and I also use it at home. It's the best purchase I've ever made.

Amazing for Stress Relief and Relaxation!

I’ve been using this WhiteLotus acupressure mat for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed by how effective it is. At first, the spikes felt a little intense, but after a few minutes, I could literally feel my muscles relax and my tension melt away. It’s become part of my nightly routine—I lie on it for about 15–20 minutes before bed, and it really helps me unwind and sleep better. The quality is great, the mat and pillow are sturdy, and the cover feels durable. I also love the deep purple color—it looks calming and elegant. If you deal with stress, back pain, or just want a simple way to relax at home, this set is totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a natural way to relieve tension and boost relaxation!

This acupressure mat set is amazing! At first, it felt intense, but after a few minutes, the tension in my back and shoulders melted away. It’s made really well—sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for daily use. I use it after work or before bed, and it helps me relax, sleep better, and release stress. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy way to unwind at home.

magnificent on my back and neck

I was excited to see this release because White Lotus always releases amazing items. I was shocked by the level of quality on the pressure points on my back (arthritis ~ although this is an amazing acupressure mat for anyone). I recommend start out slowly to adjust to these pressure points as this is amazing quality that does not mess around. I found myself moving up minutes in time and felt deeply relaxed, less stressed, energized and out of pain. It was a pleasure to find this treasure! I loved the materials used, the bag it comes it keeps it easy to care for and I sense if taken care of this will last a long time. If you find yourself seeking something to reduce stress, exhaustion, anxiety or pain, I’d recommend getting this item! It’s amazing for everyone!!
