Posh Platform Slide Sandal (Women)

First Melissa purchase and while they seemed cute I just couldn't get over the sickeningly sweet chemical smell that lingerend on my hands and feet. I believe the scent was intentional but those chemicals can't be good for you. I'm thinking endocrine disruptors-- washed my hands + feet immediately and returned!

The style and color are very cute. As a petite lady, I appreciate the additional height this gives me. It was a little narrow, my pinky toes hurt after the first use. I am a size 5 and narrowness hasn’t been an issue for me for most shoes. Maybe it’s part of breaking in the shoes. After the first use I started noticing the white glue from the inside of the strap starting to come apart. It might be a little cheaply made. There is a sweet smell, which I don’t mind much. It’s cute enough that I won’t return it, but it’s one of those shoes that I would probably seldom wear.
