Would give 0 stars if I could

Not a cheap $5 bag, yet it was packed as if it was one. Dented and ripped box. Not a single wrapping paper or tissue, no bubble wrap either. Just plainly tossed in the destroyed box with 0 protection. Bag came all scuffed and warped. Utterly disrespectful to the customer to have such terrible quality control and atrocious packing/handling. Expected way more from a +$100 product.

Beautiful bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful crossbody bag. Perfect size and nice color. Much better than expected. The strap is adjustable in length. It is not heavy and it closes nicely. I like it very much!
