This is a beautiful, well-made dress of high quality. However, this would look best on a person with a flat abdomen due to the fitted waist band. Sizing up makes the waistband lower, so it may or may not hit in the most flattering spot. If you can pull it off, this is a winner that will never go out of style. Color note: The Midnight Teal is really a deep forest green with a blue undertone. A lovely dark color, but under no circumstances would I call it teal.
