Plus Size Woven Sweetheart Neckline Lamar Swing Dress

Haven’t had a chance to wear it out yet (my fella has promised to take me somewhere nice where I can debut it though), but I did look cute wearing it in my bedroom, or so my dog assures me. My only issue with the fit was that it was a little tight in my shoulders (along with my arms and bust to a lesser extent), but honestly I have fairly broad shoulders and I was by myself when I tried it on so I just wiggled into it without unzipping it, and I think it bunched up in some places when I did that. But, hey, I was able to get into it without unzipping it and it still looks cute, so I can’t say too many negative things about the fit. Good quality. I adore the sweetheart cut of the bodice and the length of the skirt. I got the recommended crinoline too, and that really makes it look gorgeous, but I think it’d even be cute without it…but also life’s too short to NOT wear crinoline. Overall, this was the first dress I ever bought from here after admiring their clothes for quite awhile and I am not at all disappointed! I will DEFINITELY be buying more from here!

I love the stretchy material of this dress, the length of the torso is perfect for me, and it looks super flattering on me. But there is an obvious flaw in the bust, and it's a huge issue. The darts have been mis-sewn and come to a point that sticks out off of the bust. And there is no way any boob of any size could fill it, it's a bizarre point. And even if it was intended, each breast would be aimed off to the sides and look pointy like a cone. Clearly, the pictures show a smooth, rounded bust on the model. I see a few other reviewers had this same issue, but others didn't seem to. So I can only guess this is a quality control issue. Now I either have to pay to return the dress or have it tailored.
