Pleat Detail Strapless Chiffon A-Line Gown

It's a very pretty dress. Very light and whimsical for what I want to wear it for. The reason for the 4 stars the sizing. I followed the guidelines above. Slightly off. I was on the fence of purchasing the size up but decided to stick with the size chart. I'm sure with wedding stress, it will fit like a glove.

I am writing as a longtime Nordstrom customer who is extremely disappointed and frustrated. I recently returned a group of dresses together, but one of the dresses was not credited back to my account. This is the second time something like this has happened, and I am now hesitant to continue shopping at Nordstrom. I am currently trying to find a dress for my son’s wedding, and this experience has made a stressful time even more difficult. I’ve always valued Nordstrom for its customer service, but lately, it has not lived up to that reputation. Please contact me to resolve this issue. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone directly to ensure this matter is addressed. This has left me questioning whether I can continue shopping at Nordstrom—it’s simply not worth the risk of a failed return
