The taste is horrific
I really wanted to love this. The price is good and Goop had a fairly good reputation in the sunscreen department. I tried, I really tried to use this, but after 3 or 4 uses, I had to stop. It has THE most strong chemical flavor..... like, it doesn't go away. As a lifelong lip balm coinesseur, I've tried hundreds of lip balms, flavored, unflavored, some good, some not so good.... but even the not so good ones I've tried, I can still use if I need to. This is the first lip balm I've ever tried that I absolutely couldn't wear. Idk where the acai comes into play, but it definitely isn't in the flavor. Just straight chemical. Gross.

The taste is awful
I agree with the other reviewers who write about the chemical taste. It is bad and therefore after persevering with it for a few times, I had to stop using it. It's the bin for this one I'm afraid.

Moisturizing with great sun protection
I have been using this for years. I use this as my everyday lip balm and for outdoor activities. I live in a hot area, and love the packaging because I don’t have to worry about a stick melting.
