Love the shoe but it runs big

I’m a big fan of FitFlop shoes, and this pair lives up to the brand’s usual comfort and excellent arch support. This style has an added bonus of a soft suede sole which feels luxurious. I ordered my usual size (I own several pairs of FitFlops), but unfortunately this style runs long. I’m exchanging them for a size down and hoping the fit will be just right.
