Awful fulfillment
This shirt arrived bunched up and stuffed into a small, unmarked plastic bag. When I opened it, it was wrinkled beyond belief. So much for “fine Italian fabric.” This is not an isolated incident. The same thing has happened with several consecutive orders. Does Nordstrom have any standards at all for order fulfillment, or is it simply handled at random with no regard for how items arrive to the customer? Please stop treating customer orders like trash.

I shouldve read the reviews
I’m not sure what the deal is with Nordstrom packaging. You’d think spending so much on “quality” clothing they’d take more care in the fulfillment. But just as the other comment has said it comes bundled up in a bad wrinkled beyond belief. Nordstrom is clearly not a honest store and cares very little if anything about its customers.
