3D Floral Beaded Cocktail Dress

This $300 dress was crumpled up and shipped in a plastic bag. I will have to have it professionally steamed before I can wear it. The dress is adorable, but I expect a whole lot more from Nordstrom shipping. The dress should have been carefully folded, encased in tissue paper and in an appropriately-sized box for shipping. Nordstrom, this package was not up to your standards.

Purchased the dress and was pleased with the fit, however, the beading on the flowers are white, cheap pearl beads. I enlarged the photo several times and the beading seemed black. I called customer service believing I received the wrong dress. I returned it and was sent a new one. Same beading. In my opinion, I believe it makes the dress look cheap. I’m contemplating returning it

After I ordered the size 12 I read it ran large and to order a size down. I was afraid it would be too big since my usual size is 12 in tops and 10 in slacks. I also tried on a 10 of the same brand in the store and it fit well. I was shocked when I couldn’t even zip the dress it was so small! The waist of the dress sat too high and sleeves snug. This is definitely not a women’s 12 although the tag says it is. Also the beads on the flowers are white, not black? I don't know what dress I received but it’s not what I thought I ordered!
