Pipa Ballet Flat

Ordered online from Nordstrom anniversary sale and picked up in store at the rack. Was disappointed to see that one shoe was apparently the floor sample model. It had the price tag on the bottom of the heel, dirty and scuffed up heel, and you could tell was tried on many times because it was stretched out compared to the other shoe. Gave 2 stars for the shoe itself. Nice color, material also nice. Not sure how comfortable they would be if you were wearing for an extended period of time. You need to do better Nordstrom. This “used” shoe shouldn’t have been sold as new. Last years anniversary sale, I ordered a UGG blanket for a gift. It arrived wrapped in plastic with masking tape and had a sticker that said USED on it. I ordered my daughter a pair of converse and it came in a solid white box that had sharpie written on it that said converse. They obviously didn’t have a box. I can see this maybe from the rack but from the mothership….its totally unacceptable. Emails to your customer service about how bad these items were sent out, they were barely apologetic. People make mistakes….3 times now is a bad track record. Your shipping dept needs to do better on quality control and what’s being sent out.

These didn’t catch my eye in person or on website (to the contrary, I didn’t like how much coverage they had) but I saw the two-tone in an Anniversary Sale blog and decided to give them a try. Fit like butter - most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had for a fraction of the price!! So much so that I couldn’t bear to take them off and figured out too late that I bought a half size too big. So … I went back and bought three more colors in the right size. Love love love!

I absolutely love these. I would have never picked these out, but I saw them in the sale preview and decided to pull the trigger. I was nervous about sizing because I’m a true 11 and that’s as large as the shoe goes so I purchased and 11 luckily these fit me just fine. I also have a wide foot and have no issue with the width. The chestnut suede is lighter than the photo advertises but still really beautiful. I was also eyeing the olive color but now it’s sold out but definitely will be keeping the chestnut. Of course there’s no Support because these are ballet flats but they’re so cute.

I love the cut of the vamp and the olive suede color. Fits slightly small but that's typical of this brand so no surprises there. Loved these shoes and I'm thinking about getting another color.

Decided to try these in the cow print! The versatile mix of white, brown and black, allows them to work with everything! The shape is simple and they're easy to throw on. I tend to like a little bit of the toe area to show and these offer none of that. So if you dislike 'toe cleavage' these are for you lol! Despite the full coverage, I do like the easiness of these and versatile style options. Usually size up from 9.5 to 10 in all SM and these were no different.

I am a true 9, but will reorder in a 9.5 as these were definitely small for me. The Olive suede is so lovely, though, and the shape is modern and understated. Hope the size up fits!
