Pearl Flower Blossom Hair Claw Clip

This was a truly wierd experience. I ordered this through Nordstrom. I had no idea who the manufacturer was, as I normally don't pay attention to that when I order through Nordstrom. Anyway, I started getting texts from a company called Adina Eden that said my order with them was being fulfilled. I had no idea who this was. I checked with the family and no one knew who this company was. I began to think my credit card was hacked. I checked all my charges but nothing with this name so I assumed it was sent to my phone in error. A few days later I get another text that it shipped. I immediately reached out to them and asked for details on the order. They refused to provide me with any info, even after I said I was going to cancel my credit card (a few days before Christmas!) because I seriously thought it was hacked. They couldn't even tell me if they did business under a different name on the credit cards. I finally received the item and saw that it was ordered through Nordstrom. And it arrived in pieces so it's going back. Definitely not worth $26 - it's just cheap plastic. But, I'm concerned that Nordstrom gave my phone number to a 3rd party. I'm actually shocked they'd do that. And then that 3rd party texted me repeatedly but couldn't give me any other details despite my desperation to avoid cancelling my credit card. In the future, I will avoid doing business with this company. Not worth the aggravation. And, isn't it funny, that they were so concerned with the privacy but they sent me texts repeatedly, emails, etc however they couldn't just tell me this was ordered through Nordstrom. It would have saved me hours of work and worry.
