Patent Oxford Laced Dress Shoes

I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my child in his usual size, but the shoes ran significantly large. I returned them, expecting a refund, but the return was declined. I then requested that the shoes be sent back to me so I could at least keep them for future use or donate them—but I received no response. Despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, I never received the shoes back or any reply, and the full amount was kept. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
