Beware, full of dangerous mold
Bought 3, all arrived in separate plastic wrap. One arrived several days ago, developed cough not realizing it was from the rug. Today the other 2 arrived, one with dampness noted after unwrapped , looked at plastic and saw mold on inside. The 3rd one with excessive moisture on inside and darkness.
This entire situation placed my health at risk as I am allergic to mold.
After 45 minutes on the phone with customer service I am left waiting to hear back and learn who and when these hazardous products will be picked up by.
Nordstrom no longer has any true understanding of customer service nor quality.
Permanently lost me as a customer.
