The nylon is wrinkled.
I’m so disappointed with this wrinkled. Can you change another one?

Thank you for providing your feedback on the Thule Paramount backpack. I'm sorry to hear that the bag has wrinkled. You may be able to resolve the wrinkles by lightly steaming the bag.
