[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pairs well with my Paralux Carry-On. Fits under seat even when fully packed.

arrived damaged, broken zip, useless ZERO STAR

I took this back to Nordstrom in Walnut Creek California within 1 week of receipt. They told me they could not REFUND MY MONEY. I am furious and spoke to Manager Rebecca seeking action to effect refund of damaged goods. How was I to know that Nordstrom did not stand behind products bought on line on Nordstrom Website. Nordstrom should not deal with this company and stop making unnecessary and inappropriate silly excuses. The item was unusable and lower zipper broken.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great duffel bag. Love the color I got. It has a slot to slide into your handbag which makes it easy for traveling. Also is the perfect size for a quick one or two day trip.

Very bad! Manufacturing defect! Unfinished edges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the first one with a manufacturing defect(screw stuck on the front hard side). The replacement again is so bad that it has unfinished edges which makes it look like a v cheap brand. Really disappointed with such an expensive product.
