Really wanted to love it…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this suitcase because of the pretty color and the overall design… I have a Tumi carryon as well as a Samsonite checked bag that lasted me over 10 years, so I thought I’d give them another try. However, after one international trip, the bag looks even more beat up than my 10+ year-old checked Samsonite bag. My guess is that the matte plastic finish is not of great quality and ends up carrying a lot of scratches. I give the design on the website and out of the bag five stars but after one only international trip, I give the durability a one star. A bit disappointed and wished I would have bought a higher-end bag.
