sent wrong item

I’m so sad, I received a different item with frayed bottoms and no embellishments. Not a true bucket hat but a straw hat that looks like scarecrows from wizard of oz.

False Advertising

The hat pictured plus described is absolutely not the hat you receive. Believe the reviews, this hat has no embellishment. I don’t understand why Nordstrom is so misleading with the picture and description. Returned

the NOT embellished hat

I ordered this hat after a friend had one on and loved it, when I got mine no embellishments whatsoever and clearly a different hat. Disspointed and won't reorder since the other reviewers said the same thing.
