defective

Received the bag with no dust cover , packaging is not nice by just put it in plastic bag . Also the strap of the bag is defected.

Disappointed

Not sure if different orders are packaged differently or maybe not everyone cares about the details the same... my bag came bouncing around in a giant box without any fillers but since it's denim nothing happened to it... However I think its absolutely unacceptable that Nordstrom did not send the dust bag with it. Idk if the sales person forgot or what. If you care, order from TB or Neiman or Saks and you will get everything that supposed to come with your bag. Don't expect Nordstrom to fix it either. Bag itself is very pretty. No thanks to Nordstrom.
