What it does: The nonstick surface makes searing and sautéing easy and clean-up simple. The hard anodized aluminum and induction base make sure heat is spread evenly throughout the pan.

Compatible heat sources: Oven safe up to 500ºF. Glass lid is oven safe up to 350ºF.
