do not purchase

So I purchased the hat, received it and didn’t like the fit. I properly returned the item in the condition I received which was new. I then randomly receive the in my mail box, saying the item was defective. I never wore the hat because it’s Ugly in person. Now I’m on the phone with Nordstrom because one of their sellers is a sore loser and wants to keep my money.
