What it does: This multifunctional pan sautés, fries, roasts, boils, bakes, braises, sears, strains, serves and stores, making it great for larger-family dinners, batch cooking and hosting. It features extra-deep sides, a rivet-free design and a domed lid that locks in steam and provides ample space for roasting.

Additional features: This high-performance pan features fully clad, tri-ply construction with a stainless-steel exterior, a quick-heating aluminum core and a durable titanium interior. The patented NoCo™ technology is the first-ever nonstick technology that’s coating-free and made without PFAS (otherwise known as forever chemicals). How to use: Use at least one teaspoon of high-smoke-point oil to activate the nonstick. The titanium interior is safe for use with abrasives like steel wool for deep cleaning. The pan can be deep cleaned with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda.
