While the Heatbag is very aesthetically pleasing and well-designed visually, it unfortunately did not perform well in actual use. The size is quite small, and removing and reinserting the inner pouch for microwaving was awkward and inconvenient. Once heated, it did not retain warmth for very long, nor did it distribute heat evenly, which significantly limited its effectiveness. Because functionality is the primary purpose of a heating bag, this was disappointing. Ultimately, despite its attractive appearance, it was not practical or effective enough for regular use, and I had to return it.
