Original Diaper Bag

The zipper design is very inconvenient for parents on the move. You have to fully set down the bag and use two hands to hold the top shut to zip/unzip. Has created some very unpleasant experiences in public restrooms and things are always falling out. Quickly grabbing something out of the bag is not an option due to the design. There is the opening in the back, but you can only access certain items. Nice bag otherwise, which is too bad.

My baby is not even three months old and I need to purchase another diaper bag. I do not recommend adding Nordstrom.com products to your baby registry. Was gifted this item at my baby shower in August. However, with the logistics of baby showers (one to two months prior to baby’s birth), I did not use this item until mid October and the strap was breaking by Christmas. I took the item to a Nordstrom store to exchange for another diaper bag but because this was a “marketplace” item (brand that they do not typically carry in store), I had to return by 90 days of purchase. This item was not packaged with a Nordstrom receipt, I needed to contact friend for Order Number, and there was no indication that I had a hard 90 day limit to return item. Personally, I would not try to return a used product after 90 days unless I felt like the product was faulty. The employee helping me said an exception could be made with the manager’s approval but it was denied it. I shop at Nordstrom because of the outstanding customer service and reassurance that I am purchasing a quality product. This was a disappointment.
