It’s did not fit over my chest. I was so excited to try this out on our vacation but ended up giving it to my teen stepdaughter to wear and it fit her kinda snug and she’s a M.

The quality is great and I like the general fit of the dress. The deep V is a bit too much at times but if you have a bikini underneath it’s not a problem.

Good quality material
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the navy blue terry collar dress and it’s a thick material. It will keep you warm as a cover up after the pool. It does feel a little bulky to lounge around and it gets heavy when wet so I would recommend not getting it wet. I also feel like it’s very short and although it was true to size it fit more like a long tshirt rather than a dress. You still need a bottom coverup if you want to be more modest.
