Organic Brushed Fleece Sweatpant

I was very excited for these pants to arrive as I purchased them from the Anniversary sale. However once they arrived, the first time I wore them I noticed a large hole in the front of the pants where the seams meet. I would return them, but it is too big a hassle considering the reason I ordered them online was for convenience. I am a caregiver for a paralyzed parent. I had read other reviews that Nordstrom has been sending used or poor quality items to customers during their Anniversary sale, but now I know that it's true. I will no longer purchase from them unless in store, if ever. I have been a loyal customer for decades, but this is inexcusable. Nordstrom knows better than to send out brand "new" pants with a hole in them to a customer. So sad their quality has come to this.
