This does run small but it sort of stretches to fit your size. I opened the box and was alarmed because it looked really small. But once it was on; I loved it. The sleeves, the look and its more comfortable considering the material at first glance. I am petite and was definitely concerned with my stomach being post partum. But with a high waisted pants and this top. I felt great.
