Oneameth Platform Lug Sole Loafer (Women)

Purchased this shoe for my daughter. She used sparingly for over 11 months with no issue/complaint than suddenly the bottom sole broke/split near heel. Shoes were worn normal and not too much (she has ALOT of shoes) so we sent Aldo customer service pictures of the issue and receipt, and were surprised they only warranty their product for 4 months, anything beyond that is not their problem. Terrible policy, especially when it's not wear issue but a defect in the sole or something else that they should be investigating by taking the shoes back and at minimum replacing them with new. Instead they offered a 20% voucher for our troubles. No thanks. Steer clear of this product.
