On The Go Leather Flat

Wanted to love these so much as a transitional shoe from work to social. Within a couple hours of wear (in the office with smooth floors), the tips of both shoes broke off. It’s like made of particle board.

I am so sad to return these. The chain detail and pointy toe really create a stylish look. However, the shoes are so narrow in the heel that my foot slide off the side when walking. I have a super narrow foot but I’m here to tell you, the heel width is made for a child. Nordstrom you should recreate this look with a wider heel. Guaranteed to sell.

I'd been looking for ages for a nicer flat that can dress up an outfit, having stopped wearing heels for a few years now. So glad I came across these. They're so comfortable, and I was able to do quite a bit of city walking in them without hurting. I wish it came in half sizes - I'm a 9.5, ordered a 10 - but sizing up was totally wearable for me.

I have pretty wide feet nothing crazy but definitely above average in width and they fit f. These shoes are so stylish, beautiful, and classy. I LOVE the chain detail brings so much flavor. I am going to definitely have to buy another color because I love how they look. Perfect shoe for work and comfortable!

I was extremely disappointed to receive these leather flats from Nordstrom in this condition. They were clearly not new. The soles show significant wear, the footbeds are dirty and discolored, the gold chain hardware is tarnished, and there are multiple scuffs/puncture marks on the leather upper. For a $150 pair of leather flats, I expect to receive a new product, not something that appears to have been previously worn and returned. Unfortunately, I have a work event and upcoming travel this week, so returning them immediately isn’t practical. The design is beautiful, but the condition they arrived in is unacceptable and does not meet the quality standards I expect from Nordstrom.

Gorgeous, well made shoes that are comfortable and so stylish. I’m going to get them in another colour.
