Received the wrong brand of shoes

Nordstrom sent me a different brand of shoes then the ones I ordered that I purchased online. I called Nordstrom and they could not help me as they no longer had the shoes and the size I wanted. I went to the store personally to return the shoes back so I could get a credit. Nordstrom did not take care of me for my inconvenience as I have been a Nordstrom Customer for at least 20 years.

Perfection

I tried these shoes on a whim, and I am SO happy that I did! This is my very first pair of On shoes. I typically wear a women’s size 10.5 or a men’s size 9. I got these in a men’s size 9.5. They are an absolute dream with regard to comfort. They are super light weight, have amazing cushioning, a spacious toe box, and have plenty of room for my wide feet. I like that these shoes are more polished looking than the typical athletic sneaker that is in right now. I wish they had more color ways, but classic white on white wears well with everything. I very highly recommend!
