warm, relaxed fit, great jacket

Advertised as relaxed fit - which is true, room for a fleece vest or bulky puffy vest under it. I wear Large and Large was true to size for wearing over other layers. No "skin suit" fit and needing to size up. Nice and warm. I prefer fleece for activities where one might snag the outer layer - SAR, bush whacking, untrimmed trails. No snagging of nylon and a cloud of insulation. Lava Red color is like the photo - closer to international orange in color, than to red.

My favorite winter accessory

In every life, i will come back to the denali as my most worn and most loved winter jacket. Not too hot and not too cold - the only times i deviate from it is when i literally need a parka.

Zippers under the arms

There are huge zippers under the arms and in the armpits. It's incredibly uncomfortable. Why would they design it like this?
