Details & care

Designed to deliver soft cushioning and a smooth ride on your everyday runs, this running shoe rolls every stride forward with biometrically designed comfort.

Perfect for: Everyday runners looking for durable, reliable cushioning that propels every stride forward in plush comfort, mile after mile.

Upper: Engineered mesh maximizes ventilation and breathability. Updated tongue construction ensures a comfortable, stay-put fit.

Midsole Drop: 9mm. Classified as a high-drop measurement, it allows for more cushioning to absorb the impact of heel strikes.

Lower: Helion™ superfoam puts bouncy energy under every stride. CloudTec Phase® construction rolls each stride forward to transform heel strikes into toe-offs with distraction-free comfort. Thicker padding and smaller tread cavities conform to the function and movement of your foot. Targeted rubber in the tread puts grippy traction right where you need it.

  • Cushioning: absorbs impact and distributes weight for consistent, buoyant comfort under each step
  • Energy return: transforms every heel strike into responsive, explosive forward movement
  • Lace-up style
  • Removable, cushioned insole allows for custom orthotics
  • Helion superfoam cushioning delivers lightweight energy return even in hot and cold temperatures
  • CloudTec Phase lightweight sole collapses in sequence for soft, gentle heel-to-toe transitions
  • Synthetic and textile upper and lining/rubber and synthetic sole

Another great shoe buying experience

I am gravitating more and more toward Nordstrom for shoe purchases. The experience is remarkably consistent- excellent and fast service, good availability and inventory, fair pricing and can even be great pricing if you catch a sale or find a gem (like I did with this purchase) on the sale rack. Compared to others sellers Nordstrom is by far the easiest and best overall experience for shoe purchases.

QC

The Cloudsurfer 2 is an excellent running shoe that delivers a great combination of comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness. From the first run, I noticed how smooth and comfortable the ride felt, especially during longer workouts. The cushioning provides plenty of support without making the shoe feel heavy or bulky, and the fit is secure and comfortable. I also really like the sleek, modern design—it looks just as good for everyday wear as it does for running. Overall, the Cloudsurfer 2 has exceeded my expectations. It’s comfortable, lightweight, stylish, and performs extremely well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile running shoe that can handle both training and everyday use.

Very disappointed

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I received my order that appears to have been used, and they also have an unpleasant odor. I’ve been shopping with Nordstrom for many years, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. I’ve always trusted Nordstrom for its quality and customer service, so receiving shoes in this condition was extremely disappointing.
