Needed the jacket for gift.
Return Item. On line I was told pick up next day. However, after I order it and paid, I was told not available for pick up one week 2/1/24. I called on 1/26 /24 to try to cancel the order as it is needed on 1/27/24. I asked to cancel order. I was told he could not cancel the order. I was told to call UTC pick up
858 4574575 . The man said if I don’t pick it up it automatically cancels. So I wait longer for my money. I was being pro active to avoid this situation.

Jacket is fine. Nordstrom shipping is horrible.
Jacket is nice. Fits fine.
One star for horrible shipping. It was supposed to be two day shipping. Delivered 10 days later. The shipping company, CDL, showed it out for deliver for 5 days. And then when it finally showed as delivered, it didn’t arrive until over 24 hours later. I am not sure why Nordstrom uses a bad shipping company like that. I will not be ordering things to be delivered from Nordstrom again.
Just use FedEx or UPS like a normal company.
