Cloudrunner 2 Waterproof Running Shoe (Women)

I almost never write reviews, but I felt like I should on this shoe because I followed others reviews to size up and they were totally the wrong size! I'm a standard 6 1/2 in New Balance, Hoka, Vans, etc., and a 6 1/2 in this shoe fit me well (if not even a little roomie, but I don't mind that). In fact, I have another pair of On Running shoes where I had to size up to 7, but I did not need to size up for these. Also, I've found that my foot is slightly wide, but this shoe did not fit too narrowly for comfort. Definitely not the giant toe box that Hokas have, but not unwearable. Be warned that the material is more stiff and crinkly than other On shoes, but I would guess it's because of the waterproofing.

I have 4 other pairs of OC shoes, 3 of which are CloudRunner2s and all 4 are in standard width size 9. I ordered these in a size 9, standard width and can barely stand to wear them more than 20minutes. I first wore them on a rainy hike and thought I simply needed to break them in, but once I got back home I used a measuring tape and found them a full 1/4 inch more narrow than my standard CloudRunner2s, and with the waterproof material there is no stretch. If you’re going to buy these, you’ll need to size up at least a full size just to have the proper width unless you have truly narrow feet.
