Wheels just disintegrate within a year or two
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these cases about 2 years ago and similar to what others have noted here, the wheels break and get torn apart super easily. It is now impossible to pull the suitcase easily. 2/3 cases have this issue and they don't even get used that often. As far as I can tell, there's no easy way to even find replacement wheels for some odd reason. DO NOT BUY!!

The wheels are smooth as heck love how you can pack on both sides and it’s a sandwich and literally has zip compartments. It’s so easy to unpack and be organized. I got the shiny black one very cool stood up to all the other luggage, absolutely amazing. The lock is incredible. Although I do have to find out how to use it and what can I say? I would highly recommend it.

Worthless junk.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two lots of the 3-piece sets. One for me, one for the wife.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
After only a few trips with the cases, the wheels jammed and broke! Complete waste of money! I have two cases between the two sets that I cannot use because of the broken wheels. and it seems that replacement wheels are not available!
I will never trust Samsonite again!
I have since bought a cheap brand case that has withstood multiple trips without any issues!

Wheels defective
One of the wheels disintegrated a few months after purchase through normal use. Of course, such damage to the wheels is not covered by warranty and replacement wheels are not sold. Essentially, the suitcase has become a worthless product.

Nice but very disappointed with tie down straps
These look nice, roll like a dream but the straps to hold your clothes in place are fixed length elastic. Loose elastic at that. They do not hold your clothes tightly in place so if you open the wrong side, everything falls out :(. I am used to fabric straps that loosen and tighten based on what you need and I pack neatly with the straps pulled tight. I hate them and haven't even left for my trip yet. Lesson learned; make sure to scrutinize the hold down straps before buying new luggage.
