The main compartment seal is so hard to install

The seal for main compartment is so hard to install! I find this to be a huge defect as I am very good at putting this type of thing together. Feels like a huge problem for rushing parents in the morning and even worse kids opening this at school with the seal thingy falling all over.

Not my favorite

I wanted to love this lunchbox but it isn't working for my kindergartener. It is too hard for her to close independently and quite heavy for my tiny kid to carry in her backpack.

Thermos does not keep food warm.

I am really bummed the food has been cold every day and I have added hot water and followed all the instructions. I love supporting small business and this seemed to be an amazing solution but really bummed it does not work.
