My daughter wanted one of these so badly, so when it went on sale I was able to justify buying it. I'm so disappointed -First of all, the hot container leaks, but the worst part is the rubber tubing has to be removed every time you wash it and then you have to put it back on, which is such a pain. Don't waste your money on this.

Hated it! Broke in no time. Bulky didn’t keep the lunch warm! I spent so much money for a high quality item that looks nice but not the case. Better off with Amazon atleast it won’t break mid school year.
