Arrived with broken strap

I was excited to find this cute clutch on sale to wear to a formal wedding. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t great. The chain strap was fully broken in half upon arrival and the enclosure wouldn’t snap closed. It was a good price but sadly, I had to return.
