Spain has been cultivating olives for over 3,000 years and popularized several varieties of the yummy little stone fruit. Treat your taste buds to manzanillas (small, green, and mild) and gordals (large and meaty), each hand-stuffed with a variety of fillings, like gherkins and jalapeño peppers. Add them to cheese boards and mezze platters, or just snack on them to your heart’s content.
