Completely wrong

Nordstrom - what happened to you? I ordered a size 5 and received a size 6. The shoes were worn, there were scuffs on the bottom and a scratch on one of the shoes. In addition it was shipped WITHOUT a shoe box. Just thrown in the shipping box. I will not be purchasing from Nordstrom in the future.
