My husband wore this tie maybe 3 and noticed there were pulled threads already. Very disappointed in the quality. He had to throw it out.

Another Great House-brand Tie from Nordstrom.
Nordstrom ties in the 80-dollar price range seem to be a step above the ones in the 50-dollar range. The silk and construction seem higher quality. That's the case here. I docked a star only because the orange tie doesn't seem as vibrant in person as it does in the pictures. In real life, it's duller and darker, almost copper-color territory. I'm still happy with the tie, however, because it's a color that I don't have in my wardrobe. It provides something a little different.

Very Well-made tie with a nice thick weave of silk that gives you a good size knot for a double Windsor. Great contrast tie for a classic professional suit occasion. One of the best tires I have ever purchased. Top notch!
