Cooling Short Pajamas

I LOVE THESE! I wish Nordstrom made them again. They’re practically essential. They are lightweight, breathable and thin, so it allows you to sleep comfortably. The fit is a bit loose, which normally I don’t like, but these are perfectly loose. Shorts are a little bit longer, shirt is longer, and is perfect for sleepwear. The last thing you want to do at the end of the day is feel uncomfortable in bed. I really hope Nordstrom makes these again because they’re currently sold out as I write this. I would buy them in every color and buy them for everyone I know as well.

I got these for my husband as he is an oven at night lol he’s a very hot sleeper and sweats profusely, even with cottons. I decided to get these despite being on the pricier side for pjs, at least for us, and I’m glad I did because they are SO worth it!!! He hasn’t stopped wearing them ever since. It’s all he wears at the moment before the colder months kick in. He loves the feel of them, how comfortable he is all throughout the night and I can attest, when I find myself hugging him or laying my hand on his chest in the middle of the night, he’s completely dry! No sweaty shirts or husband. I am planning to get him a second pair for sure!

I bought these pajamas since they're a non-cotton fabric which is advertised as being cooler than other fabric types. While I don't know if that's actually true, the fabric does have a nice feel. The reason for my 3-start rating is because the pajamas are not as advertised in the pictures and description. For instance, the pictures depict a top that has a reasonable length. In the description, it's stated as 26 inches (size medium). Instead, the top is overly long and falls below one's crotch - I purchased a size small and the top measures approximately 30 inches. The shorts are also a bit longer than shown in the pictures though everyone's body proportions are different. In my case, though I'm just under 5'10" tall, I found the shorts needed to be 2 inches shorter in order to be as shown in the pictures. I wound up returning the pajamas rather than minimally having to pay a tailor $20 or so to shorten the top.
