Runs large

I had ordered this dress in navy size 4. It was too big on me so I ordered a size 2 in the green, size 2 in navy was out of stock. I will be returning it, the size 2 fitted a little better around my shoulders but the rest of it has no shape. I don’t know what kind of body type this was designed for. Such a shame because I really like the material and the buttons.

This dress runs large and too long. I am 5 5 size 10. This size 10 dress was huge on me and too long. You would have to take out one layer from the bottom. Under arm opening is too low.
